Now it doesn’t seem like that: now you’ve lost weight, you can’t go wrong. So, to prevent this, you have to eat not just in moderation, but you also need to eat the right foods.

Make a habit of drinking a lot of water: several liters a day. Water is very effective in cleansing all the crap in your body. When you don’t drink enough water, your metabolism will slow down, even if you’re not over 50 like me.
So drink enough water. What is enough?
It’s when you don’t make yourself thirsty. When you feel thirsty, you just take it and drink it. But only if you felt like it! It is not necessary to forcefully pour anything into yourself – kidneys are not the last organ in a man, they can be useful, especially at our age.
It’s simple. Green tea is an excellent antioxidant that makes your heart and blood vessels much healthier. Green tea also contains catechin EGCG. It’s a natural fat burner.
But you should consume green tea also without fanaticism. The optimal level is two to three cups a day. Other than catechin, it also contains tannin and caffeine (you have to be careful with them).
The healthiest dairy product is milk itself. However, if your body is lactose intolerant, it is better to give it up. Note that lactose intolerance is not only congenital, it often occurs over the years. Therefore, be sure to consult a doctor.
What else can replace milk? It is any dairy products: fermented baked milk, sour cream, cottage cheese, yogurt and so on.
