His shoulders are squared, his chest is straightened – such a person automatically wants to listen!
There are several ways to straighten your posture: go to a therapist, visit a massage therapist, enroll in a fitness course. But what if you don’t have time or money for all of this?
Today I will tell you about a method that is easy and simple to make your back beautiful, and most importantly healthy.
You won’t need doctors or exercise equipment. You will not have to waste your time and money. In fact, this method is so simple that you can do it anywhere (even at work), at any time of the day or night.

The method of straightening the posture with a bent arm
The name of the method speaks for itself: by bending your arm in a certain posture, you can quickly straighten your back and your posture becomes straight again.
It is a simple and effective technique. I learned this method from a good masseur (thank him for that), and honestly, after a week of exercises, I no longer have back problems.
Let me show you an example of how to do this with a photo:
(1) Walk up to the wall, place your hand with your elbow on the wall at about eye level (as in the photo). This is very important, because if you put your hand higher or lower you can pull the wrong muscle.
(2) After that you have to straighten your arm up without changing your pose, except for the neck – you have to look in the direction opposite to the wall.
(3) Now you need to stand in this pose. After 10 to 30 seconds there will be a feeling of warmth and relaxation in your chest, after which you can end the exercise.
(4) Next, do the same thing, only on the other side of your back. In just one minute after doing this exercise, your posture will be straight. It’s easy and simple.
What’s the trick? In fact, posture is a balance of the front and back muscles, and by doing this technique, we are engaging them all.
